Our Business

Countless organizations over the years have counted on Prime Time Entertainment to assist with their special event needs.  We take pride in being able to coordinate everything from the entire event to a more a la carte approach.  Our primary objective is to serve the needs of our clients and to exceed expectations.  

The company was founded over 20 years ago by Jim Douglas and has evolved into one of the most successful entertainment production companies on the west coast.   The company has provided services not only throughout the continental United States but also Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and Europe.  

Who We Are And What We Do

Prime Time Entertainment boasts an exceptional staff of entertainment veterans and is willing to share their experience with the people we do business with. Our staff consists of not only producers and promoters but also marketing executives, artist managers, tour managers and touring musicians. During peak summer months we have an event staff that can exceed 40 people.
